At the end o I found this book very interesting since the first few pages I read. The principles of lean are: Experience in design process of cars are applied to software development.
Examples from the lean production are not always very illuminating, yet sometimes provoke interesting analogies. I’m historically poppenrieck record as being very scathing about this book, particularly when I first read it.
